Yan enjoys helping others heal from injuries, manage chronic conditions and achieve their overall health goals. She does this by performing therapeutic massages, encouraging a functional balance between the mind and the body.

She has been continuing her professional career along various paths of health-related fields for more than 15 years. These experiences and education have introduced Yan to Traditional Chinese Medicine theory in acupuncture. When a patient is seeking overall stress relief or treatment for specific pain, she will utilize her knowledge and integrate the various therapy techniques such as acupressure, reflexology, Swedish relaxation technique, deep tissue, hot stone, and shiatsu massage.

Yan also has experience in providing prenatal treatments for expecting mothers.
