Nitika is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centred care. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2014 and later pursued Health System Management studies at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario.
Throughout her career, Nitika has gained experience treating a wide range of conditions in inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, sports rehabilitation, orthopaedic, and geriatric settings. Her diverse clinical background has enabled her to develop a well-rounded, individualized approach to rehabilitation focused on helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.
Nitika is well-versed in the assessment and treatment of a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, from everyday neck and shoulder pain to more complex spinal and chronic back conditions. She has extensive experience treating postural dysfunctions, repetitive strain injuries, joint pain, muscle imbalances, sports injuries, sciatica, mobility limitations, and acute and chronic pain conditions. Her comprehensive approach focuses not only on symptom relief, but also on identifying the underlying causes of pain to help prevent future recurrence and support long-term recovery.
Nitika is also a certified Lymphatic Drainage Therapist with advanced training in lymphedema management. She is proficient in manual lymphatic drainage techniques, Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), deep oscillation therapy for swelling reduction, and cupping techniques used to support lymphatic function and tissue healing. She is passionate about helping patients manage swelling, improve mobility, and achieve lasting relief through evidence-based treatment approaches.
Her treatment philosophy combines patient education, hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, postural correction, and biomechanical modifications to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals and needs.
