Dr. Thao is a Doctor of Chiropractic with over 20 years of clinical experience helping patients recover from pain, move better, and return to the activities they enjoy. She provides evidence-informed, patient-centered chiropractic care, combining hands-on treatment with rehabilitation exercises, movement education, and lifestyle guidance to create individualized treatment plans that support lasting recovery.

Her clinical interests include neck and back pain, headaches, sports and overuse injuries, joint pain, and restoring mobility and function. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Dr. Thao focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying cause of pain to help patients achieve long-term health and optimal function.

Dr. Thao is also a licensed Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist with a clinical focus on pain management and functional recovery. She provides acupuncture and cupping therapy to help relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and support overall health and wellness. She has completed advanced training in Zhu’s Scalp Acupuncture, a specialized technique used to support post-stroke rehabilitation and a variety of neurological conditions, as well as Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture for natural facial rejuvenation.

Having lived with a chronic autoimmune condition since the age of 16, Dr. Thao understands firsthand how pain and physical limitations can affect every aspect of daily life.
